Set on a lush 5,100 sq.ft plot in Kundara, Kollam, Monsoon Villa is a contemporary family home tuned for the Kerala monsoon. Layered clay-tiled gables step across the site, throwing rain clear of walls and glass so deep verandas stay dry — and usable — even through the heaviest downpour.
